    I reviewed/read the air fryer book to learn how to use it. I have learned how to use my instant pot more than air fryer and love it. However, I have to see what recipes are do-ers and worth trying.I was giving two books by author to try at a time I needed it since I just got a air fryer and instant pot; I hope to find some without meat recipes too.Possible recipes to try (may have to substitute since the author didn't include as an option):1. creamy polenta (or grits)-use porridge. I tried this I reviewed/read the air fryer book to learn how to use it. I have learned how to use my instant pot more than air fryer and love it. However, I have to see what recipes are do-ers and worth trying.I was giving two books by author to try at a time I needed it since I just got a air fryer and instant pot; I hope to find some without meat recipes too.Possible recipes to try (may have to substitute since the author didn't include as an option):1. creamy polenta (or grits)-use porridge. I tried this option with ancient porridge and went bad, did better on stove but willing to try this one.2. black bean and egg casserole (without meat mentioned in recipe)3. scrambled eggs--really works in instant pot?4. turmeric soup without the chicken (may add veggies), otherwise, it is just liquid soup5. salmon stew*6. cream of broccoli (w/o chicken bones as in recipe)7. swiss chard soup (unsure about chicken broth but veggie broth can be plain tasting)8. lamb stew* (may try with jackfruit instead)9. spicy prawns10. halibut11. pot shrimps12. seafood stew (use different fish choices)14. rosemary garlic potatoes15. instant mash potatoesShe even has desserts:sweet apple pudding (substitute milk)raspberry curd? may can't replace the egg yolkapple cinnamon cake if I can find a steam basket in the house...interesting thoughI fight with eating more whole foods, not labeling self as vegan, vegetarian, or even pescatarian. I will eat fish occasionally but trying to practice eating more veggies and fruits, no milk, and still battling with eggs since just egg has soy in it. Jesus also not only ate fish but lamb, so rarely will eat that. I do not eat soy and gluten; otherwise, I feel sick, bloated and gassy! It also keeps weight on.Only issue is no substitutions for those with allergies, lactose issues, etc. Good thing it is easy ingredients and most are no more than 5, and should be easy to find in your stores. Her directions are about 3-7 steps, and just hope it works well or comes out. I put some or most I will try soon.
